Guenes Hotel Merter, Istanbul

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, the rooms were definitely clean and cozy, providing the hottest water for a refreshing shower and the most comfortable beds that felt like sleeping on a cloud. However, the room temperature remained a bit too warm for a comfortable night's sleep, and unfortunately, the policy did not allow for refunds, which was a downside.

The hotel had the hottest water we had experienced in a while, the beds felt like sleeping on a cloud, but the frequent mosque prayers were a bit disruptive. The room was clean, and though the bathroom was a bit small, it was fine for our needs.

My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant. The Deluxe Double room we reserved was like in the pictures, but cleanliness could have been better. The staff, especially Melih Bey, Ali Bey, Ilayda Hanım, Medine Hanım, and Osman Bey, were incredibly hospitable and friendly, making our experience enjoyable.

The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms for a good night's sleep, but the main room needs improvement. The service is friendly for an excellent experience, although there are minor communication issues. The location offers easy access to transport and attractions but can be noisy with constant modern music. The dining experience is excellent with professional staff and delicious food. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory, but there could be room for enhancement.
